 An updated vacation beach house with a wrap-around deck overlooking the surf, the lake & the canal; this two-story, four bedroom, three bath beach house is in Ocean Lakes and is conveniently situated less than 60 yards from the sand of the beach, indoor pool, basketball court, playground, family sports area, recreation center, putt-putt and all four outdoor resort pools. An on-property convenience store is within a short walk or golf cart ride. The house features an upstairs king bed in the master with a full, private bathroom. Also upstairs, the queen and double bed bedrooms share a full separate bathroom. The downstairs has new bamboo hardwood floors and all new appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a queen bedroom with a full bathroom. A full-sized washer and dryer are on the main level. In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa. The deck areas catch the afternoon breeze and are perfect for watching the activity and enjoying the views. Hot/cold private outside shower.
